PURPOSE:To efficiently transmit a call signal by allocating a different ID assigned fixedly to each radio base station or each channel hitherto repetitively, hourly and spatially. CONSTITUTION:A radio base station 14a assigns an optional ID to an automatic radio base station from an ID table stored in a memory. Then a radio base station 14b receives a control signal of peripheral radio base stations 14a, 14c to detect the allocated ID and retrieves other ID from the memory and allocates the ID to the radio base station in use. Similarly, the radio base station 14c detects the ID utilizing state of the surrounding zone and allocates an unused ID to the radio base station in use. The same ID of the control channel is used repetitively for the radio base station of the service zone apart by an interruption distance or over to decrease the number of ID patterns, thereby reducing the signal transmission quantity transmitted/received between the radio base station and the mobile equipment.
