CONSTITUTION:A flat wire net A' having lozenge-shaped meshes is fed out through a pair of rollers 5. It is bent successively and alternately on the same intersection point of one lateral row and formed to a wave-shaped net (a) by a bending and welding device C. At the same time, a flat wire net A'' is fed out of the upper part, and a part contacting to the trough part of a bent part 2b is welded. Subsequently, the flat wire net A'' is fed out in the same way in the upper part of this front, and a part contacting to the crest part of the bent part 2b is welded by a welding device D. A porous body is charged to a formed wire truss from a nozzle E, and a panel using the wire truss as a core material is obtained. |
