摘要 Disclosed is a thin-film transistor array substrate, including a first substrate, scanning lines and data lines which are positioned on the first substrate, and a pixel region defined by the scanning lines and the data lines in a crossing way, the pixel region including a thin-film transistor and a pixel electrode positioned above the thin-film transistor, wherein a metal shading layer is arranged between the thin-film transistor and the pixel electrode, the metal shading layer includes a first shading region, a second shading region and a third shading region which are isolated from one another, the first shading region is positioned between a source electrode/drain electrode and the pixel electrode, the pixel electrode is electrically connected to the source electrode/drain electrode via the first shading region, the second shading region is positioned above an active layer, and the third shading region is positioned above the scanning lines and the data lines. Also disclosed is a liquid crystal panel, the liquid crystal panel including the thin-film transistor array substrate above. Also disclosed is a liquid crystal display including the liquid crystal panel.
