PURPOSE:To maintain a temperature in a casing in constant surely by a method where in a cooling tank, absorbing sensibe heat invading from the outside of the casing, is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the casing while the temperature in the casing, which can maintain a dew point corresponding to an air temperature in the casing, is set based on a saturation curve. CONSTITUTION:In a evaporator 5, refrigerant is evaporated by depriving circulating brine 3 of the heat thereof whereby the brine 3 is cooled. When sensible heat tries to invade from the outside of a casing, the brine 3 in the cooling tank 4 is precooled in such a manner and, therefore, the sensible heat is absorbed immediately by the brine 3. Accordingly, the temperature change of air in the casing is not generated and, therefore, the relative humidity of the air in the casing is not reduced and the constant humidity of the air in the casing can be maintained by only regulating the temperature of the brine 3. In order to regulate a relative humidity in the casing so as to be less than 100%, a heater H2 is inserted into the casing, for example, to regulate the temperature of the air in the casing by the heater H2 in conjunction with the operation of a thermostat while a humidity of the air in the casing can be maintained in constant by regulating the temperature of the air in the casing by the heater H2 and keeping the surface temperature of the cooling tank 4 at a given dew point temperature. |
