<p>PURPOSE:To simplify a dealing of a permanent magnetic and to facilitate an assembly by a method wherein a permanent magnet before magnetization and a yoke are combined in a part except pole faces, after which the permanent magnet is magnetized and then two pairs of yokes are arranged in parallel in a housing. CONSTITUTION:A yoke member 3 is composed of a pair of long and short yokes 11 and 12, and a permanent magnet 13. While the permanent magnet (member) 13 which has not been magnetized is inserted in the yoke member 3, a fused resin is poured so as to combine them unitedly by simultaneous molding. After that, the permanent magnet 13 is subjected to magnetization of a constant direction. Accordingly, the permanent magnet 13 can be assembled at high accuracy without being absorbed by an internal wall of the die or the part of the yokes 11 and 12 except the part for placing the magnet when the permanent magnet 13 is inserted in a molding die.</p> |
