The present invention relates to the derivatives of formula: <IMAGE> in which: R1 is a lower alkyl radical containing 1 to 6 carbon atoms. R2 is a lower alkyl radical or an aromatic or a functional group. X is a halogen, oxygen or sulphur atom or a methylene. R3 can be a functional group. R4 can represent a 2-sulphobenzoylamino, 2-carboxy-3,6-dichlorobenzoylamino, 2-carboxyphenyl, 2-sulphoxyphenyl or 2-tetrazolylphenyl group. and to their addition salts and to their use in therapeutics, especially for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases, in particular for the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure) and of cardiac insufficiency.
