PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developer for an electrostatic charge image that suppresses the occurrence of unevenness in density of images and fogging that occur when images having a low image density are continuously output in a high-temperature environment.SOLUTION: There is provided a developer for an electrostatic charge image containing: toner particles; elastomer particles that contain one or more types of oil in a content of 0.05 parts by mass or more and 1.0 part by mass or less relative to 100 parts by mass of the toner particles; and a carrier that includes, in a coating layer provided on the surface of a core material particle, a resin having a structural unit derived from one type of monomer selected from the group consisting of monoalkyl aminoalkyl (meth)acrylate and dialkyl aminoalkyl (meth)acrylate.SELECTED DRAWING: None
