PURPOSE:To surely introduce the recirculation gas into a suction pipe even in the high engine load by installing a pressure difference applying means which generates the pressure relation of intake air pressure < recirculation gas pressure between the intake air pressure in a connection part with an exhaust gas recirculation passage in the suction pipe and the pressure of the recirculation gas. CONSTITUTION:In an exhaust gas recirculating device R, a portion of the engine exhaust gas G is introduced into a suction pipe 6 for connecting the discharge side 5a of a compressor 5 of a turbosupercharger 4 with an intake manifold 1a through an exhaust recirculation passage 3, and the combustion temperature of the fuel in an engine 1 is lowered, and the NOx concentration in the engine exhaust gas G is reduced. In this case, a Pitot tube (pressure difference applying means) 10 for setting the pressure relation between the recirculation gas G1 and the intake air E at the connection part 6a in the exhaust gas recirculation passage 3 in the suction pipe 6 into intake air pressure < recirculation gas pressure is installed at the exhaust pipe 2 side edge part 3a of the exhaust gas recirculation passage 3. The Pitot tube part 10 is constituted of an L-figure-shaped thin pipe which is accommodated into the exhaust pipe 2, with the top edge opened port part directed to an exhaust manifold 1b side. |
