摘要 |
PURPOSE:To form an extremely small-gage wire having excellent permeability and frequency characteristics by conducting wire-drawing working immediately before a small-gage wire having a desired diameter at a sectional-area reduction rate of 20-35% in one pass on the wire-drawing working of the amorphous magnetic alloy small-gage wire with a circular cross section. CONSTITUTION:A continuous amorphous magnetic alloy wire having a remelt- blow-off diameter 125mum is manufactured by a spinning device is a rotary liquid by using a (Co0.94Fe0.06)72.5Si12.5B15 alloy ingot melted under a vacuum. Wire-drawing working is executed to the amorphous magnetic alloy strand up to diameters of 103mum and 50.5mum at a sectional-area reduction rate of 8% per one pass by employing a diamond die respectively, thus acquiring an amorphous magnetic alloy small-gage wire. Wire-drawing working in one pass is conducted to a small-gage wire having a diameter of 103mum and a small-gage wire having a diameter of 50.5mum under conditions shown in the table in succession. |
