PURPOSE:To obtain correct gradient by changing the maximum intensity of a laser beam according to diffusivity so as to compensate the fluctuations of gradation properties when an image is formed according to a change in the diffusivity. CONSTITUTION:A printer control part 201 controls a copying control part 210 and a display panel 211 according to the contents of a control ROM 208 with respective sensors 203 - 205, an operating part key 206, and data from a data ROM 209. The maximum intensity of the laser beam is changed according to the diffusivity alpha so as to compensate the fluctuations of the gradation proper ties when the image is formed according to the change in the diffusivity alpha, based on the data of the diffusivity alpha sent from the printer control part 201. Thus, a reproducing image excellent in gradation reproducibility and faithful in an original can be obtained. |
