<p>PURPOSE:To relieve a sense of disorder by reproducing a picture while a contour of the picture appearing newly behind a moving body is emphasized. CONSTITUTION:Since a moving detection signal of a background appearing newly behind a vehicle is subjected to a sudden small fluctuation attended with the movement of the vehicle in the case of moving picture area processing on a reproduced pattern, the picture is reproduced while the contour of the picture of the moving part is emphasized. That is, the decoder is provided with a coefficient memory 2 and a counter 1, and the coefficient memory 2 and the counter 1 and the counter 3 and an in-field interpolation circuit 13 are interconnected, and a coefficient in response to a moving detection signal inputted to the coefficient memory 2 is read by the counter 1 and fed to the in-field interpolation circuit 13 and the in-field interpolation circuit 13 multiplies the coefficient with the picture data read by the counter 1 and outputs the result.</p> |
