PURPOSE:To select a message for guiding the operation adapted to an operation state of a user by executing a collation of a storage state of history information and a rule by an inference mechanism. CONSTITUTION:Information generated like a time series by a user's operation in an interactive software 22 is stored as history information in a history information store file 5 in a real time. In such a state, a storage state of the history information is observed by an inference mechanism 3, and when a rule for satisfying the storage state of the history information exists in a rule assembly part 4, its rule is executed, and a message for guiding the operation is selected. In such a way, a phenomenon can be reduced, and the message for guiding a more appropriate operation can be outputted from a computer. |
