PURPOSE:To concurrently injection-mold both members, apply metal plating only to conducting sections by plating as they are, and simplify the production process by forming the insulating support section of a connecting pin with a plastic material to which metal plating hardly sticks, and forming the conducting sections with a plastic material to which metal plating easily sticks. CONSTITUTION:A connecting pin 1 is constituted of two nearly cylindrical conducting sections 2 and a stepped columnar insulating support section 3 supporting them. The conducting sections 2 are made of a plastic material to which metal plating easily sticks, e.g. polyphenylene sulfide resin. The insulating support section 3 independently has the same number of small-diameter columnar shaft core sections 3a as the conducting sections 2 which are loosely surrounded by inner peripheral portions of the conducting sections 2 and coupled not to be released from there, and it is made of a plastic material to which metal plating hardly sticks, e.g. liquid crystal plastic. When plating is applied to the injection-molded connecting pin 1, a conducting metal film can be formed only on the necessary conducting sections 2 as they are. |
