PREPARATION:For example, KATO-III cancer cell is cultured in a medium containing 5% fetal calf serum and physiological saline of phosphoric acid buffer is added to the culture cancer cell and the cell is ground with a homogenizer and then the cell ground liquid is centrifuged and the precipitation is collected and subjected to ultrasonic treatment in a tris hydrochloric acid buffer liquid to solubilize the cell and the supernatant is brought into contact with a carrier in which peanut lectin is fixed and the absorbed content is eluted with eluting liquid to isolate a glucoprotein and the isolated glycoprotein is subjected to hydrazine treatment and then purified by ion exchange treatment and high performance liquid chromatography to provide the saccharide chain expressed by the formula.</p> |
