The invention relates to a rigid thermoinsulating structure, designed for heated pipe insulation. The structure, according to the invention, consists of a semi-cylindrical shell of fibre glass reinforced concrete, having inside a layer of light foam concrete, which axially, in cross section, shows an empty semicylindric space of a diameter matching the heated pipe to be insulated; the semi-cylinders are assembled with metallic clamps at the ends or with screws that tighten two longitudinal fittings, which in one alternative, can be provided at the ends of the fibreglass reinforced concrete shell.
