<p>PURPOSE:To perform efficient monitoring by setting a relatively long period in a monitoring and collecting device in an early stage, supplying a state signal to a malfunction determining device, analyzing frequency, supplying it to a deterioration trend determining device and determining a malfunction. CONSTITUTION:A monitoring and collecting device 1 acquires state signals output from respective sensors 7a to 7n with a cycle T as well as A/D-converts them to generate state data and supplies them to a malfunction determining device 2. The device 2 fast-Fourier-transforms the respective state data and analyzes frequency 8 of respective machines 6a to 6n. Outputs from a malfunction determining unit 10 and the frequency analyzer 8 are sent to a deterioration trend determining device 3 where a trend of deterioration is determined as well as an output of determination result is obtained from an output of the malfunction determining unit 10. Further the output of the determining unit 10 is sent to a monitor cycle variable device 5 together with the output of the device 3, where the monitor cycle is adjusted according to the deterioration trend and deterioration of the machines is monitored. Then when a service life of a machine elapses, this is informed of an operator.</p> |
