PURPOSE:To prevent the deformation of work, and improve the efficiency by alighning a gib-headed pin member group under the thrown condition, and re-alighning them under the hanged condition, and thereafter, inserting them into a porous tool collectively. CONSTITUTION:A channel tool 8 is installed on an upper table 26 of a tool oscillating device 9 so that a pair of orientating means 13 are located in the X axial direction, and gib-headed pin members 3 are thrown therein. An actuator 21 is driven to oscillate and reciprocate the channel tool 8 in the XY direction, and the pin members are alighned in an alighning channel 12. Next, a first suction pat 30 sucks the pin members for ejection under the alighned condition, and moves them upward of a slit plate 40 to cancell the suction, and falls the gib-headed pin members 3 into a slit 42 of the slit plate 40 to hang the pin members 3. Next, the gib-headed pin members 3 are sucked for ejection by a second suction pat under the hanged condition to be inserted into a porous tool not shown with a figure. With this structure, insertion of the gib-headed pin members can be performed efficiently without deformation. |
