<p>PURPOSE:To stabilize power supply by feeding power with set voltage and frequency, corresponding to those on the transmission line side, to station loads through voltage control when a power plant is isolated from the transmission line and operated independently. CONSTITUTION:Upon opening of a circuit breaker 3, it is detected through a voltage phase detecting circuit 100 which then produces a voltage phase signal having predetermined frequency being set by a frequency setter 130, and a frequency controller controls the frequency based on the voltage phase signal and the rotor phase. A voltage control circuit 200 then performs voltage control by matching the voltage of a wound-rotor induction motor, detected in the form of a vector value, with a vector voltage command obtained based on an amplitude value set at a voltage setter 240 and an angle value set at an angle setter 242.</p> |
