PURPOSE:To form the vessel excellent in humidity resistance, in light insulation, and in gas barrier property and having high degree of freedom of shape by restricting the dimensions of green formed body when the mixture consisting of the ceramic powder capable of sintering and binder is injection-molded. CONSTITUTION:The mixture consisting of the ceramic powder capable of sintering and the binder is injection-molded, and the formed body is degreased and sintered to obtain the vessel 1. In this case, the dimension of the vessel before the degreasing and sintering is restricted in such a way that the thicknesses of the side part 4 and the bottom part 5 are almost uniform within the range of 0.1-2.0mm and the height is to be in the range of 10-50mm. As for the ceramics, for instance, silicon carbide, silicon nitride, zirconia and aluminium nitride, etc., are used. As for the binder, for instance, polymer of ethylene, polymer of styrene, polymer of propylene, and (co)polymer of alkyl(meta) acrylate, etc., are used. |
