A wine cellar is composed of modular elements (1 to 4, 20 to 22) which can be associated with each other geometrically as in a construction set. Each element (1 to 4, 20 to 22) comprises a thermally insulating enclosure, the inner space of which is accessible through an insulating door (5), and refrigerating means (7, 10, 11, 27) controlled by a control device (13) on the basis of the difference between the internal temperature of the enclosure and a reference temperature. Said device (13) is designed so that in continuous operation this temperature difference is at most a few hundredths of a degree centigrade. |
