<p>PURPOSE:To take a countermeasure accurately upon occurrence of fault, in a fault indication system for a substation, by providing a fault dyagnosis means for comparing a fault factor judging knowledge base with an operability judging knowledge base and indicating dyagnostic results including countermeasures. CONSTITUTION:A digital computer 11 comprises a fault diagnostic means 12, a knowledge base for judging the causes of fault and a knowledge base 14 for judging operability and determining countermeasure. Sensors arranged in a substation monitor provide measurement data 10 at the time of fault to the fault diagnostic means 12 in the digital computer 11. The fault diagnostic means 12 diagnoses the fault based on the measurement data 10 and information provided from the knowledge base 13 for judging the cause of fault, and then judges operability and determines countermeasure based on the diagnostic results and information provided from the knowledge base 14. Furthermore, the fault diagnostic means 12 provides the diagnostic results, operability and countermeasure to a fault display 15 and displays them on the screen thereof.</p> |
