In the tray for products to be deep-frozen or cooked and comprising a bottom panel A, two side panels B and two frontal panels G formed from a single initial blank 1, the said blank comprises, in combination: a corner panel D located between each frontal panel and the side panels which are adjacent to it and having a central folding line 6 dividing it into two sections E, F; and a fin G protruding from each frontal panel and divided into two longitudinal strips H, I by a folding line 8 ending at its two ends in two notches 9 in such a way as to form two end tongues 10, the erecting of the panels of the tray being carried out by bellows-folding the two sections of each corner panel D along their central folding line 6 and by folding the two sections thus folded back against the external surface of the corresponding frontal panel G, the opening of the bellows-fold facing upwards. <IMAGE>
