The invention as claimed consists of a casing (1), a rear cover (6), a front cover (3) and a rotor (2). Front cover (3) consists of a broad circular body, so called wavy component (4), with a continuous spatial sinusoidal surface as one of its axial faces. The wavy component (4) seats into a circular channel, provided at front end of rotor (2) and opposite a plane axial face of rotor (2). Rotor (2) with its cylindrical body rests in casing (1) and is free to rotate about its axis by means of an axial shaft (5), fixed in its longitudinal axis and two bearings (15). The circular channel is divided, with respect to arclength, into a number of chambers by means of the same number of vanes (8), sliding in radially slotted holes provided in the plane axial face of the rotor. Through each slotted holes slides a vane (8) with mechanically reciprocal motions parallel to the shaft (5). These vanes (8) by their tips are in steady contact with the sinusoidal surface of the wavy component (4) and by their rear ends connected to vane-assemblies (9), which are placed in cylindrical cells and act as mediate devices to hold the vanes in correct position against the sinusoidal surface. For each vane (8) and therefore vane-assembly (9) there is a planetary helical gear (11), fixed on a small shaft (12), having a crank component (10), whereby each planetary gear (11) is in engagement with a stationary ring gear (13), with interior helical teeth, fixed in the casing (1). During revolution of rotor (2) in casing (1), the planetary gears (11), and with them the cranks (10), will revolve about their fixed axes and produce reciprocal motion to the vanes (8) by means of slider crank or scotch yoke mechanisms, which individually connect the cranks (10) to the vane-assemblies (9).
