<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to adjust output voltage according to the resistance value of a variable resistor, and to have the title current transformer commonly used on various machines by a method wherein a secondary coil and a variable resistor are connected in a parallel. CONSTITUTION:A transformer, in which a winding and a magnetic core 7 are already incorporated, and a variable resistor 12 are inserted respectively into a plastic bottom- opened protective case 8 which is provided with an insulating wall 9 on the inside, to be used to separatively insulate a transformer inserting part 13 and a variable resistor inserting part 14, and also provided with a variable resistor adjusting hole 10 on the inside face of the variable resistor inserting part 14. At this time, the variable resistor 12 is inserted by matching a variable resistor adjusting part 15 to the variable resistor adjusting hole 10. After the above-mentioned variable resistor 12 has been parallel-connected to a secondary coil 6, a filler 20 is poured into a transformer inserting part 13, a bottom plate 11 is fittingly inserted making terminals 4 and 5 passing through the terminal hole 16 provided in the bottom plate 11, and a current transformer is completed. On the assumption that the primary current is constant and the voltage induced on a secondary winding is also constant by the above- mentioned constitution, the output voltage can be adjusted by the resistance value of the variable resistor.</p> |
