摘要

A process for culturing schizosaccharomyces sp. HL< KCTC 8448P (I) comprises: (a) diluting fresh feces and urine of pig and fermenting in the anerobic condition; (b) taking the supernatant contg. volatile fatty acid, and adjusting pH to about 5 by adding H2SO4; (c) innoculating the (I) on the surface of supernatant and fermenting at 23-32 deg.C for 40hrs; (d) separating the yeast cell and mixing with corn powder, soybean cake, etc; (e) drying the mixt. at 35-38 deg.C for 24hrs to obtain the final product. The obtd. product is useful as feed additive.
