A finishing method of a polyester bulked yarn is characterized by adhering an oiling agent to the partially oriented yarn, and bulk-finishing the yarn at 650m/min of a yarn speed. The oiling agent contains 5-15wt.% fatty acid ester of 500-800 ave. molecular wt., 50-80wt.% polypropylene oxyethylene additive of 1000-2000 ave. molecular wt., 15-30wt.% ethylene oxide propylene oxide randon copolymer of 2000-15000 ave. molecular wt., 1.5-10wt.% alkylsulfonate sodium salt and 1.5-3.0wt.% perfluoroalkyl ethylene oxide.
