PURPOSE:To decrease the constraint of the thermal deformation of electrode lead plates and reduce the thermal stress by making a slit in an electrode lead plate of a transformer connected to the rectifier of the power source of a large computer. CONSTITUTION:Rigid output bars 5 and 6 are screwed to a heat radiation fin 4 and a frame 1 respectively. The secondary lead plates 2a and 2b of a transformer 2 are applied to a secondary coil. The secondary lead plate 2b is electrically connected to the frame 1. The terminals 3a and 3c of a rectifier 3 are screwed to the secondary lead plates and the terminal 3b is screwed to the heat radiation fin 4. A U-shaped slit is made beforehand in the lead plate 2a electrically connected to the terminals 3a and 3c of the rectifier 3 through screws. Then deformation constraint is not caused even if the secondary lead plate 2a is thermally deformed because the terminals 3a and 3c are separated from each other with the slit. |
