PURPOSE:To control a quantity of heat required for cooking in accordance with the weight of a cooked object so as to perform pressure cooking automatically by providing a resin-made pressure vessel having a dielectric constant of 5.0 or less positioned on a turntable and a control part for controlling the quantity of heat required for cooking according to a weight signal of a weight sensor. CONSTITUTION:There provided are a high-frequency heating device 1 for high- frequency heating of foods, a heating chamber 2, a turntable 3 which turns with a cooked object thereon in the heating chamber 2 and a weight sensor 4 for supporting a load on the turntable 3. A pressure vessel 5 made of a resin having a dielectric constant of 5.0 or less is provided on the turntable 3. A control part 6 for controlling the quantity of heat required for cooking based on a weight signal from the weight sensor 4 is provided. A load of the resin- made pressure vessel 5 on the turntable 3 is measured by the weight sensor 4. Control of heat quantity required for cooking in accordance with the weight of cooked foods can be thereby performed and pressure cooking is conducted automatically.
