<p>PURPOSE:To provide the fluidity of molding material in a die to be favorable by a method wherein extrusion is performed under the condition that the die annexed to an extrusion aperture controlling means is put into sympathetic vibrations. CONSTITUTION:Firstly, by finely controlling the gap of the extrusion orifice of a die 1 through the operations of gap controlling bolts 1d and of a movable member 1, the thickness accuracy of extrudate is improved, resulting in obtaining film or sheet having uniform thickness. Next, the nozzle 4 of a molder is attached to a die member 3 so as to perform extrusion by feeding molding material to the die 1 and, at the same time, to generate ultrasonic vibration in an ultrasonic vibrator 8 with an ultrasonic oscillator 10 so as to resonance the die on (n) wavelengths. Thus, the good fluidity of molding material, especially material with low fluidity, in the die is realized.</p> |
