Controlled and delayed release pharmaceutical composition The present invention provides a controlled and delayed release pharmaceutical composition comprising a carrier material and a pharmaceutically active substance, said carrier material comprising an emulsion polymer polymerized to a particle size in the range of from 50 to 500 nm and a glass temperature in the range of from -20.degree.C to +80.degree.C. The invention also provides processes for preparing said pharmaceutical compositions.
