PURPOSE:To eliminate non-monitored region perfectly by switching relational expression in symmetric coordinate system, for each transmission frame, based on current data for each transmission frame in time sharing multiplex transmission. CONSTITUTION:In order to open a circuit breaker upon fault in a transmission line, data sampled at time points t1-tn are communicated between terminals A and B. Time sharing multiplex transmission is employed at this time, and relational expression in symmetrical coordinate system is switched for each transmission frame based on current data (a), (b), (c), (o) for each frame. Consequently, monitoring can be carried out even if all data are not provided in time sharing multiplex transmission, and all transmission frames can be monitored with high efficiency. |
