PURPOSE:To efficiently and continuously prepare uniform devil's tongue granules by combining a fixed inner cylinder with a rotary outer cylinder having idler lateral holes. CONSTITUTION:When a motor is started, a driven sprocket wheel 3 connected to a driving sprocket wheel through a chain belt is rotated to rotate a rotary disk 4 in one direction, whereby a rotary outer cylinder 11 attached to the rotary disk 4 is slidden and simultaneously rotated around a fixed inner cylinder 8 in hot water in a boiling tank. When a raw material is press-fed from a kneader into the fixed inner cylinder 8 through a press-carrying pipe 1 and a fixed feeding pipe 2, the raw material is squeezed out from the raw material- projecting holes of the inner cylinder 8 and extruded into the granule-forming holes 10 of the rotary outer cylinder 8 rotating while contacting with the outer side of the inner cylinder 8. The projected raw material is cut with the cutting blades 10C of the granule-forming holes 10, released in hot water in a boiling tank and simultaneously boiled to provide devil's tongue granules not adhered to each other. |
