摘要 PURPOSE: To easily and quickly charge an active material paste to a porous or fibrous structure electrode frame without requiring a high equipment cost or other costs by immersing one electrode frame or a plurality thereof to a specified active material paste. CONSTITUTION: An electrode frame to charge is immersed in a vessel filled with an active material paste, and the active material paste is vibrated. The active material paste within the vessel has 25-60% by volume of an active material component formed of active particles having maximum grain sizes of 0.04mm, and a flowing limit of 10-120Pa at 20 deg.C and a plastic viscosity of 0.1-1Pa at 20 deg.C. The electrode frame to charge is generally suspended by the current leading ear, and horizontally or vertically immersed in the vessel filled with the active material paste to be vibrated, and easily pulled out from the vessel in the same manner after charging. Thus, a large quantity of the active material paste can be quickly charged into the electrode frame without requiring a high cost.
