<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to test backboard wiring uniformly by constituting a dummy connector comprising a supporting part wherein a plurality of pins having the inserting parts that can be elastically engaged with through holes and contact parts which can make free contact are penetrated. CONSTITUTION:A dummy connector 1 is constituted so that many conductive round-rod-shaped pins 2 are made to penetrate through a supporting part 3 and both ends are made to protrude to the outside. The upper protruding part of the pin 2 is the part which is in contact with a probe pin. The lower protruding part which is divided into four parts in a cotter pin shape is the part which is elastically engaged with the through-hole of a backboard 71. When the pitch of the through-hole of the board 71 is different, a pin part 12a which is in contact with the probe pin is made to have the specified pitch. A pin part 12b which is inserted into the through-hole is embedded at the compatible specified pitch so that the part is connected in the supporting part 3, and the structure is changed in this way. Thus, defective contact with the probe pin, breakdown and the like due to irregular lengths of the pins 2 are eliminated. Many contact jigs corresponding to the mounting form of the different connectors are not required, and the connectors are rational and economical.</p> |
