The subject of the invention is the shape and consistency given to a prismatic plastic foam pillow of suitable consistency. The foam may be of homogeneous consistency. The prism consists of a cylinder made from firm foam or of a prism of firmer consistency (c) coated in a prism of more resilient foam. The three sides of the prism may be equal or unequal. The arrises of the prism may be sharp, rounded or truncated. The prismatic pillow is enveloped in a case of the same shape. <IMAGE>
