The craft has a floatable body (1) accommodating a drive system operated by a steerage unit in which a pressure piston (17) and its connecting rod (18) are fitted, mounted in a pressure cylinder (26). A steering carriage (5) slides on rails (14), and incorporates a control lever (27). An adjustable stem board (2) is fitted and secured at the front end of the two slide rails. At the ends of the pressure cylinder, are flanged pressure pipes (25), and beneath the water surface, compressed air and water pressure flows from nozzles (22), control valves (13,21) regulating the pressure throughput. By incorporating two additional slide rails, the drive system increases the piston work stroke without the need for altering or increasing the steering work stroke. USE - As an operator-propelled watercraft of either surfboard or catamaran format.
