MAGAZINE SUPPLY DEVICE FOR IC HANDLER

PURPOSE:To quicken the supply speed of a magazine by furnishing a straight transporting means with a magazine heaving means and a magazine setting means in such a way as capable of elevating and sinking, wherein the magazine heaving means shall heave each magazine in which device has been accommodated while the magazine setting means shall take out an empty magazine from a magazine stocker and install at a magazine post. CONSTITUTION:A magazine setting means 32 and a magazine heaving means 33 are fed straight as in a single piece. When a magazine 14 is filled with IC devices D which have undergone tests and measurement, the magazine heaving means 33 is operated to allow a chucking piece 53 to chuck this full magazine 14, which is then returned to the position with a magazine post 20. Then the full magazine 14 supported by the magazine heaving means 33 is elevated to allow passage of a magazine supporting member 26. The abovementioned magazine setting means 32 loaded with empty magazine 14 is moved to the bottom of the magazine post 20, and the magazine 14 is lifted to the level where device accommodation work is to be carried out.
