PURPOSE:To make it possible to obtain a uniform continuity over the whole connection places by a method wherein an electrical connecting member is made to interpose between one of both ends of a conductive piece and at least one of an electrode and a conductor on a board and both ends of the conductive piece are connected with the electrode and the conductor on the board. CONSTITUTION:A calculative piece 7 is arranged on a board 3 in almost parallel to an electrode 2 and a conductor 4 in such a way that one end of the piece 7 is positioned under the electrode 2 and the other end of the piece 7 is positioned on the conductor 4, an electrical connecting member 5 is made to interpose between one of both ends of the piece 7 and at least one of the electrode 2 and the conductor 4 and both ends of the piece 7 are respectively connected with the electrode 2 and the conductor 4. Accordingly, when electrodes and conductors, which are respectively arranged a plurality in number, are connected to each other by a plurality of conductive pieces, there is an undulation in an electrode row or a conductor row in directions that both ends of each conductive piece intersect orthogonally the surface of the substrate and even when these undulations reach each conductive member of electrical connecting members, both ends of each conductive piece are not connected to the electrodes and the conductors on the same lines to intersect orthogonally the surface of the board. That is, the undulations are absorbed in the conductive pieces and no effect is never exerted on both ends of the conductive pieces. Thereby, a uniform continuity can be reliably obtained over the whole connection places. |
