发明名称 SOLVENT RECOVERY APPARATUS
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To reduce the moisture adhesion amount of an adsorbing material while steam is used and to increase the surface coverage of the adsorbing material by using overheated steam in the desorption of a solvent from the adsorbing material and preliminarily dehumidifying the solvent-containing gas before supplying the same to each adsorbing tower. CONSTITUTION:An adsorbing material based on activated carbon is received in adsorbing towers 1, 2 and gas containing a solvent to be subjected to recovery treatment is dehumidified by a dehumidifying means 17. Further, the solvent- containing gas after dehumidification due to the dehumidifying means 17 is passed through the adsorbing towers 1, 2 by solvent-containing gas supply means 3a, 3b and the solvent in the gas is adsorbed and removed by the adsorbing material to obtain clean gas. Overheated steam is passed through the adsorbing towers 1, 2 by overheated steam supply means 5a, 5b to desorb the solvent from the adsorbing material to regenerate the adsorbing material. Further, the exhaust gas containing the desorbed solvent discharged from the adsorbing towers is cooled by a cooling and condensing means 14 to condense and liquefy the solvent. Selective introducing means V1-V8 selectively introduce the solvent- containing gas and overheated steam into the adsorbing towers.</p>
