<p>PURPOSE:To remove the harmful influence of microcracks, and to obtain a highly reliable thick film by a method wherein the resistance value of the thick film is adjusted by connecting the pectinated auxiliary electrode, which is integrally provided on an outlet electrode, is connected to a conductive land provided on a resistance film opposing to the auxiliary electrode. CONSTITUTION:The pectinated electrodes 13a of auxiliary electrodes 13 and the lugs 15a of conductive lands are arranged in the line width of 100mum and in the pitch interval of 200mum, for example, the length against the intended resistance value worked out from a calculation formula is set at the distance from the point A of a lead-out electrode 11 and the point B of the auxiliary electrodes 13, three each of the pectinated electrodes 13a and the lugs 15a are arranged on both sides of the point B, and the adjustment of the resistance value is conducted by connecting each pectinated electrode 13a and the lugs 15a which are opposed to the electrodes 13a. The length of the resis tance film 14 is made shorter by 200mum by connecting the pectinated electrodes 13a of the auxiliary electrodes 13 and the lugs 15a of the conductive land 15 one set at a time from the side of an electrode 12, the resistance value is changed by about 20OMEGA, and when the entire six of the pectinated electrodes 13a and the lugs 15a using a wire 16, the adjustment of about 940 to 1100OMEGA against the intended resistance value as 1kOMEGA can be made possible.</p> |
