Class 9(1) The electric primer described in the parent Specification is modified by placing plastic metal foil 5 between the canductive part 7 of the priming charge 8 and the electrode 3. The foil 5 may be placed between the two parts of the charge or metal foil 5 may be placed on both sides of the conductive charge. Alternatively the foils 5 may be placed over and under the whole of the priming charge and are then of synthetic plastic impregnated with conductive varnishes containing graphite or metal powder. |
