The carton for packing chocolates has a body made from a blank cut from a sheet of cardboard. The box has a rectangular floor (22) with vertical side walls (23) and end walls (24,25). Each side wall has two tags (33) projecting vertically from the upper edge. The box is provided with a lid which has two slots (45) on each of its long edges. When the lid is placed over the body, the tags engage the slots and hold the lid in place. The floor of the box has slots (35) on its long edges. When the boxes are stacked one upon another, the tags of the lower box engage the slots in the floor of the upper box. USE - Packing of chocolates.
