<p>PURPOSE:To perform granulation generating no dust with good productivity by making the diameter of a screw shaft thin toward the leading end direction of a screw and increasing the flight height to the screw shaft while providing a straight die hole to a die and setting the gap between the leading end surface of the screw and the die to a definite value or less. CONSTITUTION:The leading end of a screw is brought to the same plane and the diameter of the screw shaft becomes thin toward the leading end direction of the screw and the die is constituted as one provided with a straight hole having sufficient strength. The leading end surface 3 of the screw shaft is pref. processed flatly so as to easily press a kneaded material 1 to a die 5. The die 5 is not pulsated at the time of operation and must be accurately processed so as to have sufficient strength in order to always hold the gap between the leading end surface 3 of the screw shaft and the die to a distance of 1mm or less. When the gap is 1mm or more, the kneaded material 1 is bonded and further cured to markedly obstruct continuous operation.</p> |
