PURPOSE:To enhance user's convenience by successively adjusting high voltage output in matching relation to the contamination of a dust collecting part and eliminating erroneous operation such that machinery is stopped by the change of circumferential environment. CONSTITUTION:A dust collecting filter 7, a centrifugal force type fan 8 and a motor 9 are arranged to the flow passage from a suction port 5 to a blowoff port 6 within main bodies 1-4. An output detection circuit 15 detecting the output of a high voltage power supply 14 as voltage or a current is provided and a plurality of control stages are set and, when the output of the high voltage power supply reaches a set current or voltage value, the signal thereof is fed back to a control circuit 13 and the outputs of the high voltage power supply set to a plurality of values are controlled so as to successively become lower output characteristics. That is, high voltage output can be successively adjusted in matching relation to the contamination of a dust collecting part and, since erroneous operation such that machinery is stopped by the change of circumferential environment is eliminated, user's convenience can be enhanced. |
