发明名称 ADHERING DEVICE FOR OPTICAL DISK PARTS
摘要 PURPOSE:To surely prevent misalignment to form an optical disk by constituting a disk substrate holding and aligning mechanism, which is provided on a lower frame, of an alignment shaft and a spring which always pushes this shaft upward and providing the alignment shaft with a small-diameter part in the upper end side and a large-diameter part on the lower end side. CONSTITUTION:A device consists of an upper frame 22 and a lower frame 24, and the lower frame is provided with a disk substrate holding and aligning mechanism 31. This mechanism 31 consists of an alignment shaft 52 which can be moved in the axial direction and is fitted into a vertical hole provided in the center of the lower frame and a spring 56 which always pushes this shaft 52 upward. The alignment shaft 52 is provided with a small-diameter part 52b on the upper end side which can be fitted to the center hole of a disk substrate 28 and a large-diameter part 52b on the upper end side which can be fitted to the center hole of a both-sided adhesive sheet 44. Thus, the disk substrate and the both-sided adhesive sheet on the lower frame are surely and easily aligned by the alignment shaft to adhere the both-sided adhesive sheet to the disk substrate.
