PURPOSE: To obtain a medicine and a food suppressing the generation of a peroxylipid and effective for the improvement or prevention of arteriosclerosis, aging and canceration by using mulberry, Anthriscus nemorosa, Cornus kousa, myrica, spinach, etc., and through processes such as a drying, a heating, an agitating, etc. CONSTITUTION: This method for producing a healthy food or a medicine, is constituted by adding (A) a material obtained by draining water from mulberry (new sprouts), a Anthriscus nemorosa (leaves and new sprouts) and Clerodendron trichotomum (leaves) washed with water, crushing the material to obtain a gruel like material, adding an egg white thereto, agitating and then drying, (B) a material obtained by heating a Cornus kousa (fruits) and Rubus palmatus (fruits) in a wooden vessel closed with a lid, and (C) a material obtained by drying a myrica (fruits and seeds), crushing and then roasting in a casserole, a ceramic pot or a metal pot, then pulverizing, into a gruel like material obtained by crushing spinach (whole plant), agitating, evaporating water content, crumpling and drying in a shade. |
