PURPOSE:To enable an always stable cold or hot water to be supplied by a method wherein a circulation system is provided with a thermal accumulation tank and means for adjusting a flow rate of the circulating system. CONSTITUTION:In the event that a temperature and a flow rate of a heat source water 2 at an inlet of an evaporator are lower than planned values, a temperature of cold or hot water 10 at an outlet of a condenser is lower than a planned value and further a temperature of cold or hot water 20 at an outlet of an auxiliary heat exchanger is lower than a planned value, a circulation pump 16 is operated with a signal sensed by a temperature sensor 21 in the same manner as that when a temperature of the cold or hot water 20 at the outlet of the auxiliary heat exchanger is higher than a planned value. An adjusting valve 18 and a stopper valve 19 are opened and a thermal accumulating system is operated. However, in this case, the heat accumulated in the thermal accumulation tank 15 is discharged into an auxiliary heat exchanger 14 through the circulation pump 16, a circulation pipe 17 and a stopper valve 18. Accordingly, the hot water 10 at the outlet of a condenser can he increased up to a planned value by a heat discharged by the auxiliary heat exchanger 14. With such an arrangement, an always stable cold or hot water is provided. |
