PURPOSE:To automate supply of a cave-filling material and thus contribute to massproduction by extruding a cave-filling material from a filling cylinder by means of an extruder for cave-filling material and cutting it into a predetermined thickness by means of a cutter for cave-filling material. CONSTITUTION:An attraction pad 38 is provided on the upper position of a turn table 42. On the lower side in a stoppage position of the attraction pad 38, a piece of a clay filling cylinder for cave-filling is positioned and waited. By the pushing up action of a piston situated below a filling cylinder 43, cave- filling clay is extruded on the upper side of the filling cylinder 43. In this state, the descent of a head 37 is effected by the driving of an air cylinder 36 and the upper surface of the clay is attracted to the lower surface of the attraction pad 38 by the driving of the air cylinder. Following this, when a support plate 45 is caused to advance on the upper surface of the filling cylinder 43 by the driving of the air cylinder, cutting of the clay extruded on the filling cylinder 3 is conducted by means of a piano wire cutter 44. Whereby a cave-filling material 6 made up of the disc-shaped clay cut into a predetermined thickness is held on the lower surface of the attraction pad 38. |
