PURPOSE:To obtain the subject composition having excellent moldability and impact resistance, causing little staining of mold in molding and suitable as a packaging container. etc., by adding specific amounts of an aliphatic polyolefin and a modified aliphatic polyolefin to polyethylene terephthalate. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition is produced by compounding (A) 90-99wt.% (preferably 93-96wt.%) of a polyethylene terephthalate having an intrinsic viscosity of 0.7-1.2 with (B) 0.5-10wt.% (preferably 1-5wt.%) of an aliphatic polyolefin (e.g. low density polyethylene) and (C) 0.5-5wt.% (preferably 1-4wt.%) of a modified aliphatic polyolefin having carboxyl group. |
