<p>PURPOSE:To increase productivity and to evade danger by stopping other automatic machine devices when an abnormality is generated at a first automatic machine device side, and in that stoppage time, operating the other automatic machine device by cutting off the power supply of the first automatic machine device. CONSTITUTION:A fail-safe circuit which stops a second automatic machine device when an abnormality is generated at a first automatic machine device 1, and allows a third automatic machine device to operate when the power supply of the first automatic machine device is cut off, is provided at microcomputers 4-6 as controlling means. Then, when some kind of abnormality is generated at the first automatic machine device 1 side, the second and third automatic machine devices 2, 3 are stopped. Also, when the automatic machine device 1 is stopped by abnormality, the third automatic machine device 3 operates again when the power supply switch is turned off by an operator. Thus, the entire flow of the system is never turned off when an abnormality occurs, so the productivity is increased, and the danger is evaded.</p> |
